Delivery and collection conditions
You can collect your tickets in our agency :
Up to 2 hours before the departure
Please note date and time restrictions for ticket collection : each booking has a date and time limit for collection which is shown at the end of your Booking on the website and in the confirmation e-mail which is automatically sent to you. Your reservation will automatically expire if you have not collected tickets before that time.

Home ticket delivery service:
Home ticket delivery is subject to postal services in your area of residence :
- If you live in France, tickets can only be delivered to your home if your booking has been made at least four (4) days prior to departure.
Payment by credit card and via fax only with copy of the credit card and a signed authorization to charge the outstanding amount. (2,00 Euros supplement for the "Distingo Suivi " postage).

- If you live abroad (Spain, Great Britain, Switzerland, Portugal, Ireland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Iceland, Slovakia, Austria, Netherlands), tickets can only be delivered to your home if your booking has been made at least seven (7) days prior to departure.
Payment by fax and by credit card only, with a surcharge of 5,00 Euros for the "Courrier suivi" postage.
